Study Tracks

The Biochemistry and Food Science teaching program provides a diverse, challenging program with an applied orientation. Master's students write their thesis in biochemistry and food science under the close guidance of one or more staff members. Research themes are varied and include biochemical as well as food and nutrition research.

The thesis track requires a scope of 24 credits, which must include at least 14 credits given by the teaching program and one departmental seminar. The non-thesis track requires a scope of 40 credits, which must include at least 20 credits given by the teaching program and one departmental seminar.

All master's courses are given in English.
